We recently went to MSI with a series of specific requirements regarding the design, creation, management, hosting and marketing of our websites.
We needed three similar but different websites that incorporated a similar brand image. We needed them to be attractive, easy to use and the sort of sites clients would be happy to visit again and recommend to their friends. We needed to be able to update all three websites easily on a regular basis, to be able to effect changes on all three in one action and needed them to be 'search engine friendly' ... and we needed it done to a budget.
The whole process was handled professionally and effortlessly from the first 'brainstorming' session to the final follow-ups after the three sites were launched. Nichole and the guys were happy to explain every step of the process, gave us a very clear indication of the timeframe required and were able to quote ahead for, and work to, a budget. More importantly than all of that, however, was their willingness to listen, to incorporate our individual ideas and requirements into the sites and to make a seemingly endless number of modifications until we felt they were perfect.
We are very happy to say that all three websites are up and running, look and function exactly as we envisaged and are attracting double the number of visits per day we were hoping for ... all thanks to Nichole and the guys at Express Sites and MSI.
